Yes. The Union Haff Clamp for Galvanized Steel Pipe is designed for installation on live pipelines under pressure, which means municipal water, gas, or process flow does not have to be interrupted. Our technical team provides pre-install checklists to ensure safe deployment.
What materials are used in the body and sealing gasket?
Construction — shell: Ductile iron QT450-10 · seal: NBR (nitrile rubber). Corrosion-resistant stainless-steel banding (SUS304 / SUS316) with EPDM (potable water) or NBR (oil / hydrocarbon service) gaskets is available depending on the application.
What is the lead time and how is it shipped?
Standard lead time is 15 working days ex-factory, shipping FOB Shanghai. Sea, air, and combined transport are arranged through PipeKnot to over 40 countries. Volume orders and project tenders receive priority scheduling.
