What branch connection sizes are supported?
Branch outlets are available in DN15–DN200 depending on saddle model. Threaded (BSP / NPT) and flanged branch options can be specified when ordering.
What is the rated working pressure?
Rated for 1.0 MPa. Standard models are tested to at least PN16 (1.6 MPa).
What materials are used?
Construction — shell: Ductile iron QT450-10 · seal: EPDM. Corrosion-resistant stainless banding with EPDM (potable water) or NBR (gas / oil) gaskets is available.
What is the lead time and how is it shipped?
Standard lead time is 15 working days ex-factory, shipping FOB Shanghai. Sea, air, and combined transport are arranged through PipeKnot to over 40 countries. Volume orders and project tenders receive priority scheduling.
Is installation guidance and technical support included?
PipeKnot provides English-language installation drawings, torque specifications, and remote technical support. On-site commissioning support can be arranged for qualifying projects in partnership with Anhui Tongfa field engineers.
