Designed for ductile iron, carbon and galvanized steel, PE (HDPE), PVC, asbestos-cement. Handles dissimilar-material joints, repair couplings, flange adaptations, and flexible connections that absorb thermal expansion and minor pipe misalignment.
What is the diameter range and maximum working pressure?
Available across DN100 to DN1000, rated for 1.0 MPa. Higher pressure ratings are offered on request.
What materials are available?
Construction — shell: Ductile iron QT450-10 · seal: EPDM. Ductile-iron and stainless-steel body options, with EPDM or NBR elastomers depending on service fluid.
What is the lead time and how is it shipped?
Standard lead time is 15 working days ex-factory, shipping FOB Shanghai. Sea, air, and combined transport are arranged through PipeKnot to over 40 countries. Volume orders and project tenders receive priority scheduling.
Is installation guidance and technical support included?
PipeKnot provides English-language installation drawings, torque specifications, and remote technical support. On-site commissioning support can be arranged for qualifying projects in partnership with Anhui Tongfa field engineers.
